These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and lr999 ("lr999", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the lr999 website at lr999.org, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

lr999 does not permit the transfer, sale, or gifting of accounts between players. Each account is personal to the registered holder and cannot be assigned to another person. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will result in the immediate closure of the account concerned.

lr999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not charge a platform-side fee on deposits or withdrawals, though payment service providers such as bKash or Nagad may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their own terms of service. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on lr999:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the player's account.

Players who have received bonus funds must ensure that all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full before submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests submitted while active wagering requirements remain outstanding will either be declined or result in the forfeiture of any pending bonus balance.

lr999 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. lr999 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings from a player's account where there is evidence of bonus abuse or where these Terms have been breached in connection with a bonus claim. In cases of confirmed abuse, the account may also be suspended or permanently closed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on lr999. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

lr999 reserves the right to investigate any account or activity that it reasonably suspects involves prohibited conduct. During an investigation, affected accounts may be temporarily restricted. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, lr999 may take any or all of the actions described above, including permanent account closure without further notice.

lr999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion. Without limiting the generality of this right, grounds for account suspension or termination include:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, or fraudulent activity.
• Receipt of a formal request from a law enforcement authority, regulatory body, payment processor, or court requiring lr999 to freeze or close an account.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other financial crime involving the account.
• A player's own voluntary request to close their account, including requests made in the context of self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming Policy.

Where an account is closed by lr999 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited in part or in full where the breach involved fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses, or prohibited conduct. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lr999 excludes all liability for any loss or damage of any kind arising in connection with your use of the lr999 platform. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, lr999 specifically excludes liability for:

• Any financial losses incurred through gambling activity on the platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, unsuccessful bets, or forfeited bonuses.
• Any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, even if lr999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. The foregoing limitations of liability reflect a fair allocation of risk between you and lr999 and are a fundamental element of the basis of the agreement between us.

In the event of any dispute between you and lr999 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through direct negotiation before resorting to any other dispute resolution mechanism.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within a reasonable period, either party may refer the dispute to a mutually agreed form of alternative dispute resolution. Players in Bangladesh may also seek guidance from consumer protection bodies available in their jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
